Spring

I am spring

Blossoming as I overcome the anxious winds of the winter

I’ve felt every minute of it

The Hibernation, the withstanding,

The cold.

I’ve almost lost myself.

But then,

at the brink of perish

I let out a sharp exhale.

The sun peaked through

I’ve survived.

In the nick of time

As I become the flower that the former season tried to take away

Surely I have persevered until dawn.
